I can't imagine having a better sales associate than Dan. From the moment that we literally walked in off the street, he handled us with professionalism, friendliness, and kindness. We only had 1.5 days to begin and end our search and in that time, he worked tirelessly to meet our very specific requests/needs. Once we settled on a property, his follow-up and communication were superb. He kept in touch with us by email or phone several times a day, so that we would know what the next step would be. Even after closing, Dan has continued to stay in touch with us, to guide us and answer any questions. He is an outstanding representative; do not hesitate to call upon his expertise.

Stuart rocks. We are probably not the easy sellers to deal with it--demanding deadlines, dogs to shuffle appointments in and around, work from home, etc... but Stuart's calm and easy-going manner made it a lot smoother than it could have been. He put together a great photo shoot and well written description and we sold our Livingston Woods home far faster than I thought we would have and we were still close to our asking price--even in a buyer's market. And even after negotiations were done, he helped us find a Park Shore waterfront home to rent as we start building our next Naples home.

Lori was phenomenal. We were moving from out of town and had a short weekend to come and visit properties. Lori worked with us to narrow down our choices, lined up a packed few days of property visits, and took us back to visit 'the one' on several occasions. She understood exactly what we were looking for and helped us get to know the area by showing us a diverse set of homes. She knows the areas and gave us perspective to help us make this most important of choices. She helped us move quickly to get our offer accepted, and we had a thoroughly smooth home buying process.
