Billy did a great job helping us through both the purchase of our new home in Venice and the sale of our condo on Fort Myers Beach. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and guided us smoothly through both transactions. However, we did run into one issue regarding closing costs. On the Venice home purchase, we ended up covering nearly all of the closing costs, though we did split the $500 closing fee to Accent Title Insurance Agency. On the sale of our condo, we were surprised to learn that we paid all of the closing costs there as well. Billy represented us as the sellers, but he also represented the buyer and wrote up the offer on their behalf. Given that, we had hoped he would advocate more for our side when it came to the distribution of fees. We were not made aware upfront that we would be responsible for all of the closing costs, and when we raised the concern later, we were told it had been written into the contract. While we understand that contracts dictate the terms, we would have appreciated clearer communication and guidance on what we were agreeing to before signing. Overall, Billy was great to work with, but we do wish there had been more transparency and advocacy around the financial aspects of the transaction.

Tania was absolutely fantastic selling our condo in Naples........Her endless energy level was apparent in every phase of her work. Tania promoted our unit on all social media platforms, updated us daily and walked us through the entire selling process always keeping us at ease. I would highly recommend Tania without hesitation. You will not find an agent as hard working and honest!!!!!
