I tried to give Carole a 6 star rating, but the system would only let me give 5! Carole is extremely professional, knowledgeable and energetic. We recently listed our Florida vacation home with her, and she couldn't have made the whole process easier. Carole handled everything, down to the smallest details. For example, there was quite a bit of information that needed to be gathered from the HOA and the County for the property listing and disclosures. Rather than sending me a list of everything she needed, Carole quickly gathered all of the relevant information herself. We listed our Ave Maria, FL property with Carole in the middle of June and we had a good contract less than a month later - in the middle of a global pandemic. Tania is the best! She tirelessly worked with us for over a year to find the right home.
