Mary was so helpful! We found her name on the condo association website. We were dealing with her from long distance and she was willing to go do vise walkthroughs for us. We flew down and met with her on short notice to look at condos. She was so good at keeping us up to date along the way and answering all of our questions. We would surely recommend her to anyone!

We had the pleasure of working with Mary and the Conlin Team recently as we sold our condo in the Quarry and bought a new home. Mary kept us comfortably informed throughout both of these processes. She asked all of the right questions and listened intently to our responses, ultimately coming up with creative ideas and solutions for our expectations of a new home. In the sale of our condo, one of the things that stands out the most is the time and effort put into the staging of the home, and all of the photos taken for the listing. We poured a lot of time, money, and effort into our condo to make it our home away from home, and that was represented perfectly in the listing. Mary, along with the entire Conlin Team, was always just a phone call away if we had questions or concerns, and even though they are all very busy, no messages ever went unanswered. They even took time to pick us up while we were moving out of our condo to drive us around and show us all of the other properties that we were interested in. Dennis is smart, meticulous in his preparation, provides excellent advice, and maintains a pleasant demeanor, even when dealing with some pretty unreasonable people. He is unfailingly positive and remains unruffled under pressure. He went above and beyond to assist me during the stress caused by selling a home in the midst of the Covid epidemic. I don't know what I would have done without him.
