We really enjoyed working with Matt - he is very knowledgeable about the area and about the home buying process overall. Matt was always willing to make time to work with us as we were buying a second home and live in the Northeast, so sometimes our trips down to look at houses were last minute. Overall we had a great experience!

I first met Arianne Taylor at an open house in 2018, and while I didn't move on that property, I started working with her. She understood the situation I was in, and helped me find an appropriate rental property even though there wasn't really anything in it for her. A year later, when I was ready to buy something, I reached out to her and she worked with me over a few weeks to find the right home. She helped me through the process at a difficult time (personally) for me. When it came time for me to sell that property, there was no one else I even considered! She worked diligently and in a caring but forthright manner to help me position that home for sale, and saw it through to closing. Throughout the process she was always available -- whether it was to host several open houses, do showings, and ultimately to help me through the process with the buyer to completion. I plan to return to SWFL in the future when my remote work is completed, and I'll be looking for a new place to call my home. One thing I won't be doing is looking for another agent -- Arianne will always be my choice. She is more than just a real estate agent, she is a friend. I'll look forward to that day in the future!

Nelson figured out what we were looking for pretty quickly and showed us some pretty nice places. He also showed us fixer uppers and in each place we looked at showed us ideas we could do. Once we decided on a place he was on top of things the whole way through. We live in Ohio and we were purchasing a place in Florida. He took care of everything for us and kept in constant contact with us throughout the entire process.
