I met Meg at a women's networking event. We had interviewed 3 other realtors for our home listing - but didn't click with any of them. My husband and I brought Meg over and we were impressed and signed a listing contract that day. She helped me decide how to stage with my own furniture, brought the photographer in, and really handled everything we needed, including managing my stress. She was there for me from staging, decluttering, listing, open houses, showings and selling negotiations. We also appreciated the scope of the company she works for that helped with negotiations, marketing and getting the listing in front of the right eyes. We were under contract in 56 days, with a quick 30 day closing. She was there the entire way and when we are ready, we will count on her to help us look for our new home. Would highly recommend and I appreciate her professionalism, enthusiasm, and ability to get things done with the support of her team and John R Woods. I have referred her to everyone I know!

Bob Kapish did fantastic work for us. He had excellent recommendations for us throughout the listing and sale process. Jessica went above and beyond her duties to sell our home. We were not in town, so we appreciated her keeping us in the loop and making sure our place was in order. Jessica also has a keen eye for decorating, so you can also hire her to stage your home.
