We had driven by this home several times and just happened to be driving by when Cecilia was hosting an open house. Prior to the open house, we liked the home and area but knew it was above our price range. Once inside the home, Cecilia asked us to look around and if we had any questions, to let her know. After walking thru the home, we knew this home would be a perfect fit for us since it had the RV garage and the price was good. After visiting with her for awhile, we asked if she could stop by our current home after the open house and she did. Currently, we own a villa in Port Charlotte with another realtor for the past 8 months with no activity except for 2 open houses and 2 people at each one. Our current home for the past 8 months is 5 blocks away and we wanted to change neighborhoods due to the amount of traffic on the street. We made an offer with Cecilia the next day and she contacted the seller who took the offer on a contingent basis. After releasing the other agent; she represented us on the Villa and our current home with the hopes of selling both within 60 days since it was the contingent on the new home. She held several open houses at our current home and had 10+ people at each showing which made it easy for her to sell it to a couple at the last showing. When she was at the villa, she hosted 2 open houses with 15 people at the first and 5 couples at the second showing which received an offer and have sold the home. Both homes were sold at open houses during the same week! We are absolutely thrilled to have Cecilia represent us and has become a very special friend. She goes above & beyond for her customers in addition, she listens to each & everything they say in order to help them find their dream home. I’ve never met someone like her before but am very glad we stopped in at the Open House. We have been the house for 3 days and we love it! All thanks to Cecilia!

Debbie worked hard and strategically on our behalf. She educated us on the various communities and their offerings as we narrowed our search within the Naples area. She was very flexible and patient as we considered Single family homes, high rise condos and carriage house properties. Living in NJ, we found Debbie to be very accommodating in meeting us whenever we visited the area as well as seeing properties on our behalf. Debbie is very knowledgeable about the local housing market, and she guided us accordingly when properties were selling in a day/days with multiple offers. We worked with Debbie for about a year, from start to closing on our condo in Bonita Bay. She was always personable and professional, and we trusted her. Given the market, we made an offer on our property without seeing it, instead relying on Debbie’s visit there to FaceTime us and share her insights. Debbie really listened to us (even when we changed our criteria) and was extremely helpful from beginning to end. After our offer was accepted, Debbie kept us focused on next steps and deadlines. Her recommendations on an attorney and an inspector were excellent. We appreciated her willingness to attend, in our absence, our pre-closing walk through and deliver our keys to us late at night when we arrived after flight delays the following week. We are very happy that Debbie was our realtor.
