Lynne and Marc were fantastic agents to work with. The city of Naples is huge, with many areas to look at. Lynne got to know me personally and was able to make recommendations for areas based on my personality and needs. Her suggestions for the offer and it's terms, got me the house I wanted. I would definitely use them again if I were to ever purchase or sell a home.

Daniel is amazing. A total pro and easy to work with to say the least. He exceeded expectations across the board and sold our home in record time. My family tried selling the home on their own at first but after a few months with no luck, we connected with Dan and things took off from there. Throughout the process he was a great communicator, keeping us updated and informed as he worked on finding a buyer and then closing the deal. Less than 2 weeks after signing up with him the house was sold! Highly recommended.

We had the extreme pleasure of working with Jeannette Batten and Christine Citrano for the recent sale of our home of 20 years. They are professional, compassionate and very knowledgeable in every aspect of the sale of residential property. From the initial meeting at our home to discuss the listing to the final closing, Jeannette and Christine guided us through all the many questions and aspects of the sales process. No matter what came up, they had good solutions and calming council. Never did we feel that their focus was anything other than our happiness. We cannot praise them highly enough and feel truly blessed that they were our realtors. If we ever need a realtor again we would always go with the Citrano-Batten team.
