We give Bill & Stacey five stars! We first met them a year ago. We looked at numerous properties and at the time we weren't ready. They continued to stay in touch with us. In February we saw something that peaked our interest and thought it would be fun to get away from Key Largo for a day. We contacted Stacey and she said she would show us that property but she also wanted us to see another one she thought we would like. It was turnkey, and we fell in love with it. We actually weren't ready to buy, but we made an offer and they made it happen! They have been so informative, and ready to assist with any questions, issues or problems. LeAne is by far the best sales associate I worked with - and I purchase real estate properties as investments on a regular basis. She is extremely thorough and attentive to every detail from the first visits to the closing and follow up after the closing. I would give her 6 stars if I could.

Lynn Bower has been our agent for several years. She helped us even after having heart surgery. I have recommended her to several friends. Lynn is in fact coming this morning to list our current home even thoughshe is still recovering from heart surgery. Having a real estate agent you can trust is very important and we’ve found that in Lynn.

I do not believe this home would have sold without Suzanne's assistance. The home was bank owned w/numerous issues. Suzanne returned to the home a number of times to deal with each and every issue that continued to materialize during the listing period. When I was ready to throw in the towel, Suzanne kept it together. She is highly motivated, knowledgeable and well connected when something needs to be repair. There is no doubt in my mind that we will work together again soon.
