Robin went above and beyond as a realtor. She recommended vendors to help with repairs/updates; she explained the pool equipment to us and even offered suggestions on new flooring that would make the house marketable for resale if ever needed. She was always readily available for our myriad of questions and represented our needs during this process in a thorough, professional manner. Robin offers very personalized service and we now consider her a friend. They don't get any better than Robin.

My experience was with Robert Vesci and he was incredible! Since I live long distance, he went above and beyond to help me even after the closing of my property. I had a great experience, and he is the best. I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know.

I recently sold my house in Ave Maria. It had been a difficult sale because of the market in Ave Maria. Amy Romero was with me all along the journey. I cannot recommend her enough. Ten stars! Amy was constantly in touch with me keeping me well informed. She did more than was required of her. She helped me find a lawn service when mine quit. She helped me stage. She checked on the house after the hurricane and informed me of a leak in the ceiling. She offered to meet roof repair people, lawn people, pool people! She was always checking with me about options. And wanted to know what I wanted. I sold my house for the price I had wanted. All thanks to Amy! She is fantastic and I just adore her. I highly recommend her to everyone in search of a real estate person. I will be forever grateful to her for her attention to detail, her professionalism, and devotion to me the seller. I highly recommend Angel Lashley for the sale of a property. Angel does herhomework on comparable sales and is honest in her evaluation of prospective salelisting pricing based on market variables. Additionally, Angel has an eye for staging ahome to show all its best features in the online photos so the photos grab theattention of potential buyers. The result was a signed contract within days of listing online at a price I felt was very fair. Angel made the listing and closing processes easy to understand ensuring I would not be surprised by anything that occurred during the listing, showing and sale. She pays close attention to all of the details, including monitoring the progress of the purchaser obtaining their financing, helping to assure the closing would happen as per the contract.
