Tania was very knowledgeable of the market and I feel she found the perfect house for the money I was willing to spend. Everything went well with the inspection and negotiation process. Ellen is very thorough, conscientious and professional. We had a difficult closing process as we were buying a home that had been unoccupied for a year. Ellen stayed on top of some service issues to ensure the home we bought was in good shape. This continued after closing when a major A/C problem was discovered. She went above and beyond in representing us.
