We found Angel Lashley by the luck of the draw but are so glad we did. We are from Ohio and went to Florida after the death of my wife's brother, to start his estate. It was a very short trip [3 days] in order to assess the condition of his house, get an attorney and get a realtor. We tried calling numerous realtors to discuss listing the house, but none were available on short notice except for Angel. Even though she had appointments scheduled for the day we wanted to meet with her, she had her assistant reschedule them to open a window of time so that we could meet with her. She did this even though at that time, we could not commit to using her, as with no estate open, there was no authority for my wife to sign a listing agreement. Angel met with us knowing this and on the short notice but already had comps ready to show us to give us an idea as to the marketability of the property. Ultimately, the estate was opened, we signed a listing agreement with Angel, and she helped us price and market the property perfectly in that we listed the house on a Friday and on the following Monday accepted one of the numerous offers above the listing price. During the entire transaction, Angel stayed on top of all the events as they unfolded, kept us informed by text, phone call or e-mail of the progress towards closing and acted as our eyes and ears on the ground as we could not do so from 1200 miles away. To say we were pleased with her efforts and would recommend her to others is an understatement. Thanks again Angel.
