Bill is an exceptional agent. He was extremely helpful every step of the way and above all ethical. I have worked with too many agents whose only loyalty was to the deal. Of course he wanted to get the deal done and since he represented both the buyer and seller the temptation was there, but I am convinced that he was completely fair to my interests as well as the seller.
