Kathy is one of the most dedicated sales person we have ever worked with. She went beyond what is required, helping us with insurance, taxes and multi questions. With us being over 1500 miles away during this period she made arrangements to get information on the house for us. We are so sorry that she had to work with the sellers agent as he was the worst (he really should be a used car salesman as nobody expects them to be 100% honest). The patience she showed with him was remarkable.
