He has excellent personality, returns calls promptly, get's answers to questions, helps calm frazzled nerves, has a truck (!) to help move some small stuff, was well prepared with comp information and detailed in his assistance on pricing and negotiating. He has great follow through. Does not let small or big things fall through the crack. Good guy.
