There were a number of problems in dealing with the prior owner and the title company. Patrick made the appropriate contacts and resolved the issues. He did so with grace and efficiency.

Joe was very helpful and responsive. i moved here from california this year, but first contacted joe in october 2018. at that time, he showed me resales within del webb, and sent me a link to his portal. i followed the listings he sent me, and also the listings posted on zillow and realtordotcom. he sent me a few videos of specific properties i asked about to help me see them better and answer questions i had about them. he referred me to a realtor to get set up in a rental when i first arrived this year. he showed me the specific homes that i was most interested in seeing when i got back down here. he found me the perfect summerwood, my first choice floor plan, which checked pretty much all of the things on my list. he a great asset to john r. woods. i'm glad for the referral i was given to put me in touch with him.
