Dean was great to work with. The loan process wasn't the easiest but he remained patient throughout the process. There were times I had to go to the property to fix issues prior to closing (quicker to do it than have the seller do it) and Dean joined me early Saturday morning to help. Needless to say we closed in just under 30 days. His lines of communication were phenomenal. Quick replies and quick to get answers if he didn't have it. I highly recommend Dean as your SWFL realtor.

Great team! Very efficient ! Attention to detail! Always followed up with a text, call or email. Very knowledgeable about every aspect of selling and buying. We were thrilled when they got our condo at The Strand sold and more excited when we were able to secure the house at Olde Cypress. Jennifer’s experience really helped to make that happen! We will be recommending them to friends in Naples. Can’t say enough good things about Jennifer and Roy.
