Joe helped my parents to sell their home a few years back, when my Dad was very ill. He really helped and took care of them so they did have as much worry about the house and could focus on my Dad. When we needed to sell our home, we felt that Joe had taken such good care of them, that he would also take care of us. As a first time homebuyer, this process was intimidating. However working with Dean alleviated all my concerns. Dean worked with me to define my ideal home before beginning the search We found the perfect home and dean walked me through what I should be looking for for red flags We walked through the original offer where Dean’s negotiation skills resulted not only in more savings for me but less money at closing. As I sit in my home writing this i’m grateful for my experience with Dean not only making this a streamline process and walking me through the complete buying journey but building a relationship with his clients. Again as a first time home buyer I don’t have much to compare but I can’t think of anything I would have wanted done differently.
