We are very happy with our experience with Robin. She is very knowledgable and helped us narrow down our search for property in Naples. She was able to go preview properties for us when we were unavailable and send us photos or videos. She is very organized. She has great attention to detail and was able to point out things we didn't notice. She wanted to make sure we had all the information possible about a property before making a decision. She responded promptly to our questions and always had our best interest in mind. We would recommend her to anyone buying or selling and would use her services again in the future.

5 Stars - Detail to his listing, professionalism with other broker agents, Home Inspectors, Mortgage reps, etc. Helping his customers understand each step of the process by explaining situations, providing guidance and suggestions to home presentation in positive, enlightening ways. I will and have, highly recommended Kevin to others. I was in the process of selling my home in Naples, with Kevin Fuller as my Real Estate Agent; while purchasing my home in New Jersey. Both closing on the same day; Florida in the am and NJ in the PM. I mentioned to multiple people in NJ and FL, "I wish Kevin was also handling my purchase in NJ, so it would run as smoothly as my sale in Naples". I had a good realtor in New Jersey, but I had a great realtor in Naples!

Michelle was awesome- I live in Boston and couldn’t get down to the unit. Michelle staged the home, fixed all of our problems (for a very reasonable price), worked w my tenant on showings, kept us abreast of market situation, and handled all the closing issues. She even let me put some items in her garage until I can get down there. I can say enough about how she handled the entire process.

Robin was outstanding--from the very beginning she was in constant contact, stayed on top of every issue until resolved, and kept us informed of sale progress. Robin went above and beyond with market assessments, advice on pricing, help with staging, and continuous open houses--if we need a realtor again she will be our only choice!

Jim contacted me about our property after we took it off the market to do some repairs. Jim was great to work with and said he had a buyer who might be interested, so we gave him a 30-day contract. He came through and sold the property in that time frame. We had a previous agent who had the property for over a year and couldn't sell it. Kudos to Jim. Very easy to work with and very knowledgeable.
