Rowan's assistance on this sale was about as close to perfect as I could imagine. He had excellent ideas on what work would be useful to promote the sale and finding vendors to do the work making the preparation for the sale relatively painless. Then he provided market guidance for pricing the house. This all paid off after the listing went live. We immediately had very good traffic to see the home and received a solid offer within two weeks. Once the contract was signed, Rowan then successfully guided us through the inspection and financing contingencies to the closing in less than three months from the date we reached out to him. Real estate transactions are always stressful but Rowan made it easy.

I had previously hired Coldwell Banker, and not only were they unable to rent the property, but they had me list it for $125 less than the price Maria recommended. We knew the home was being undervalued. While we understand that the rental market has slowed, this same home had previously rented for $500 more. Maria listened to our concerns, understood the market, and worked with us to determine a price that made sense. The result? After only THREE DAYS on the market, we found amazing tenants!
