Kerri Did a great job for me. It took a long time to sell the house, but that certainly wasn’t her fault. Kerri remained steadfast in her commitment to getting the house sold. It was extremely important to her and Kerri did whatever she could to ensure a perfect transaction. I met Juliane through a good friend of mine who had worked with Juliane when she was buying her home. My friend has owned several homes over the years and said that Juliane was the best realtor she had ever worked with. I met with Juliane not knowing if I wanted to buy a house or a condo. My friend lived in the Pelican Landing area so Juliane set up several showings in the area. She was very patient with me as I could not make a decision! With each showing she was very knowledgeable of each home and went over the pros and cons of each home and area. She pointed out things I never would have thought of! I decided on a condo and Juliane did an excellent job in negotiating with the sellers agent. After the sale she went through Juliane went above and beyond in helping to remove items in the condo we did not want. Julianes daughter Kennedy had recently gotten her real estate license and was extremely helpful. I highly recommend Juliane and Kennedy to anyone looking for an excellent, very thorough, knowledgeable, honest and professional agent.
