I had met Roger several years ago, at the 5th Avenue office, and then again, this year, at an open house. He helped me to visit a number of bundled golf condos, but they were just not the right fit for me. I stumbled across another open house, adjacent to this years rental, at Forest Glen, and decided to have Roger help me put the deal together. He was informative, accommodating, very responsive, and linked me with your title company and attorney.

As this purchase is a second home for us, the purchase process was a bit more challenging. Dean went above and beyond for us in accommodating our house hunting visits, guiding us through the purchase and closing process and assisting us with many logistical challenges.
