Lisa did a great job. She went above and beyond over a year to support us. We met Lisa at an open house. She was very personal. When we decided to move to the area, Lisa helped us secure a rental property. Then over the past year, she has helped us review many homes till we found the ideal home. She never pressured us to make a decision and continue to support us as we looked at houses. She is one of the best realtors in the area.

We were referred to Monte by a work associate who gave her a glowing appraisal. We found her to be very personable, but was also to extremely detail oriented and offered no nonsense advice to Maureen and I. I personally found that to be extremely helpful as during the search we were often in love with some homes which later turned out to have some serious issues. One case in particular related to a house which had a tile roof which was near end-of-life, and a similar house in the same development had been sold for our seller's asking price. The comparable house though had a new roof, and the difference is cost would be at least $40,000! We found Monte knew the Naples area inside and out, and offered pro's and con's on different developments. Another house we liked turned out to be too close to Rt 75 and you could hear the drone of the highway noise. I would give Monte Gerard-Eberhard team a 5-star excellent rating and not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
