Mary Jo is an excellent realtor and a wonderful person. I am in Germany due to the lockdown and are not allowed to go Florida to sell our condo. Mary Jo made this difficult process possible. She found an excellent lawyer, a company which takes care of Firpta, she helped me with the relocation company, the outstanding permits. She was available at any moment. Always polite and graceful. The best experience you can have with a realtor. Mary Jo is always kind, very competent and goes out of her way to help. She is also a very good negotiator and obtained a far higher price than I expected. My sale was extremely complicated because I am in Germany and cannot come to the USA due to the travel stop. Mary Jo took care of everything. She put me into contact with the perfect law firm, she obtained outstanding permits, helped with moving coordination. We were so lucky to have her. We cannot thank her enough. Everything went smoothly thanks to Mary Jo.

Mary Jo was absolutely fabulous to work with. Purchasing a home from out of state is difficult, and Mary Jo made it so easy for us by going to many properties and FaceTiming us for a tour. She was always available, always responds quickly to any questions we had, and took our interests and placed them first. We would never use anyone else to help us with our real estate goals.
