Sandy and Joe were excellent in so many ways. Selling a home can be an emotional event, and they handled the ups and downs very well. Their attention to detail was exceptional. They made many investments of time and energy to get the house into perfect condition (or as close as possible). In the end, both buyers and seller were happy with the outcome.

Sandy Malone was our primary realtor and Joe French assisted her. Sandy was extremely professional and personable. Due to delays caused by Covid and Hurricane Ian or search lasted 3 years. Sandy remained dedicated to us during the entire process. Joe had extensive knowledge pertaining to construction and how HOA's operated. They provided excellent recommendations for outside help (lawyers, home inspection, home repairs) that are invaluable to someone new to the area. All of their recommendations have been top-notch. They are excellent real estate agents.
