What a great experience. Joe kept us updated every step of the way, gave us feedback (when he had it) from potential buyers. When we received an offer, he continued to work with us through every step of the way. We had a few stumbles along the way with the buyers inspectors but Joe had the contacts to help correct the issues they brought up. Joe is very encouraging and open. You know when he tells you something, it is relevant and a completely honest answer. I would certainly recommend using him to any of my friends

This is our third transaction with Stacy which says a lot in itself. She is professional, always responsive to all our questions, follows up and keeps us informed. Even when we are not in the market, she check in with us periodically. She even helped us with a rental that helped cash flow while it was on the market. The sale of our condo did take over a year and perhaps we should have lowered the price sooner but selling was not urgent.
