Excellent!! Joe was absolutely the best experience I have had with a realtor purchasing a home. He was extremely knowledgeable & absolutely so efficient in every aspect. Since this was a "virtual tour" home purchase, his expertise & continued support by inquiring and answering my questions, made me feel so much at ease.
