This is our 3rd transaction with Terry, and there was no hesitation when we listed our condo for sale. In fact, on this sale she not only did all her work but I think she did half of the selling agent's work. If it were not for her follow-up this sale may not have closed on time.

Doreen Doyle is a true professional. She listened to what we said and then presented a marketing plan and an assessment of the property. Ms. Doyle handled the open house, dealing with the property manager, inspections, and and a maintenance repair of the ac. The condo was sold on the first day and closed 5 weeks later. We couldn’t have been more pleased.
