Joe was excellent, five stars. There were a lot of issues involved with the sale of our home all from the buyers side. We have purchased and sold about 10 properties in the past and this ranks as the worst experience of any of them. We truly believe the buyers side had caused us a loss of revenue, time and much stress. If it was not for Joe keeping us grounded, I believe we would have walked away from the sale of our home. We have in the past, in MN, had the same Real Estate Agent for all of our sales and purchases of homes in the past. We know how very important it is to have the right agent and Joe Rivera was definitely that person. I cannot imagine having gone through this with another agent. Can't say enough about Joe Rivera except thank you for finally getting this done. We have already given his name to friends looking to purchase in that area. Thank you Joe Rivera

Joe Rivera was excellent. He worked through a horrible situation with the buyers which caused us a loss of revenue and time. The buyers agent did not do a good job representing them at all. This was one of the worst experiences we have had in selling a home. If not for Joe Rivera we would have walked away. We were so thankful that we had an experienced agent and proved why that is so important when purchasing or selling a home. We thank Joe Rivera for all of his patience and knowledge. He was excellent.

Roderick and Sue were excellent advisors and representatives. They knew the market, appraised us continually of status, staged the property in its best light, worked professionally in all aspects from listing through sale completion. They were friendly and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process.

I would recommend Susan to anyone. She is knowledgeable and goes out of her way to accommodate the seller. She is never to busy to take a phone call to answer a question. It seems to me that she is a valued asset to your business.
