Ralph Newman was and is the best real estate agent we've ever worked with. He goes out of his way to make sure things get taken care of. He is extremely reliable, prompt, professional, and is very easy to work with. My wife and I moved from Kansas to Florida. Ralph helped us find our perfect home, and in a very short time frame. He listens to the needs and wants of the customer, never trying to up sell or to spend over budget. He allowed us to express everything we desired in a home and matched us up with exactly what we were looking for. My wife and I moved from Florida to Texas 4 years later and we requested Ralph again. My wife moved to Texas first accepting a job offer. She came back to visit, her and I met with Ralph, he had all the information required to make the best decisions on selling our home. My wife and I then both left for Texas knowing we were leaving the sale of our home in good hands. The day we left Ralph coordinated with carpet and tile cleaners making sure the home was secure and the job was completed. The home inspection revealed some issues we were unaware of. Ralph met with the electrician, and Stucco repair company whenever we needed him to. Our home sold in less than 24 hours. We are very happy with what we received from the sale of our home. Not only did Karyn help us to sell our house in two days, she gave us wonderful advice on staging to appeal to buyers. We also got the highest price for our model which was a villa.
