Wonderful customer service and fantastic to work with! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. Went out of his way to assist me with my out of state move. Couldn't have asked for more in a realtor!

I highly recommend Oscar Velez and John R. Wood Properties to handle any real estate transaction. Oscar kept me informed, explaining all options and offers until we got the right one. I live in Connecticut, so the electronic paperwork was easy and convenient. I have never sold a home before and Oscar made me feel reassured and confident in the process. Thank you!

Outstanding service & follow through! We have already recommended Joe to several people. Joe kept us up to date during the entire sales process. Can't say enough good things about Joe Rivera.

Babs Maughan was the sole reason for listing with John R. Woods Properties, and she truly came through for us. She worked very hard to give our property excellent exposure. She kept us well informed. I would highly recommend Babs Maughan.

Our condo sold in one week at the asking price. Everything went smoothly. We couldn't ask for anything more.
