BJ Jones is a consummate professional and performed an outstanding service for me in marketing and selling my house in Punta Gorda, Florida. The thing that separates BJ Jones and Michael Saunders & Company from other realtors is that they spent a significant sum of money and time marketing my house domestically and internationally in print and social media to prospective buyers. They paid for a professional photographer to take high quality photos and videos to market my house. I was very impressed with the video and drone footage which showed boating access to and from my home. I was out of the country for most of the listing period, and BJ went beyond the call of duty in helping me coordinate inspections and service providers . He would even pick up palm fronds from my property, and there are a lot of palm trees on the property. I have been a real estate lawyer for more than 30 years and I cannot say enough complimentary things about BJ. I have already recommended BJ Jones and Michael Saunders & Company to other friends, and will continue to do so in the future. I give BJ Jones a 5 Star Rating!

Oscar did a great job selling our Villa. He was very knowledgeable about the neighborhood and did a good job suggesting the asking price. We were happy with the selling price. We would highly recommend Oscar to anyone in the market to sell!

Guy was spectacular! He is amazing! He put us at ease and made our purchase absolutely effortless. He let us know exactly what we needed to know and what we needed to do - and he was there to help every step along the way. He was a true team member. I cannot praise him highly enough or thank him enough! He is a treasure! We will definitely be referring Guy to our friends and family!

Michelle Paradis and Susan Wall were an amazing team that exceeded our expectations and needs. They helped us sell our home, move out of our home and buy a new home while we were back in our NJ home in the middle of the pandemic. They were also very instrumental in helping us get moved into our new home and provided great recommendations for contractors to address various home improvement projects. We can not thank Michelle and Susan enough for everything they did for our family. Joe & Wendy Vasquez

Jeff Connery is great! I was a remote seller and Jeff made this sale so easy from thousands of miles away. His knowledge of the market is second to none and his communication skills are incredibly helpful, especially being remote. I've used Jeff on multiple transactions and would recommend him to everyone and before anyone else.
