Why Work With Us?
Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:
Hands down the best experience I’ve had in selling a home! As I live cross country, Dean went above and beyond in helping to get the home ready to be listed. He also offers a wealth of knowledge on the current state of the market along with speedy follow up. In the end, Dean helped in getting my home sold quicker at a price far and above what I thought was even possible!

Stacy and her entire team were wonderful to work with. Being a life time resident of Marco Island, Stacy's knowledge of the local real estate market was extremely helpful in getting our home sold quickly. For anyone who is considering either selling or buying in the area, I would highly recommend using the Needles Team.

Dottie was awesome. Her multiple listings in the Bonita Bay condo’s was the driver for us to connect. Her open approach and knowledge of the condo value drove the deal.

Sandy Malone is by far the most professional, knowledgeable, friendly and competent Realtor we have ever worked with! She facilitated our fast transaction with expertise and finesse. Our successful purchase would not have happened in this fast market without Sandy's outstanding performance. She is delightful to be with as well! We are looking forward to a long relationship, more transactions and highly recommend Sandy to anyone needing a true Real Estate Professional.

It was a rocky process at times due to the misinformation from the listing agent.
