I can’t say enough about the team we dealt with from John R. Wood ...From the very start, we were confident that we made the best choice. The pictures, videos, marketing brochures were incredible....But the true testament goes to our realtor, Tade! Through the roller coaster ride , Tade always kept us calm and focused. Simon worked tirelessly to find us the home we wanted. We wanted a beach house but knew that they were above our budget and the market as it is, we decided to purchase a condo as close to the beach as possible. We viewed many properties that suited our needs but Simon sensed we were settling. He spent many hours searching for the home we wanted until he found it. The house was perfect and many offers placed. Simon used his talent, knowledge of the market and superior negotiating skills to persuade the seller to accept our offer. We could not be happier. Hands down the best experience I’ve had in selling a home! As I live cross country, Dean went above and beyond in helping to get the home ready to be listed. He also offers a wealth of knowledge on the current state of the market along with speedy follow up. In the end, Dean helped in getting my home sold quicker at a price far and above what I thought was even possible!
