Alysia did a terrific job of helping us narrow in a very short window. We had done some of our own work to prepare. And I did not want to spend endless hours searching around looking at places that were not relevant. She nailed it. Got us into a number of different places in a very short period of time. That helped us build conviction quickly on what we wanted. She then helped us find it quickly and close a deal. Shockingly fast :) On top of that, she is just a terrific person to be around. Made the entire experience enjoyable.

I can't imagine a better agent than Anita Colletti. She did everything possible, and went out of her way to ensure a smooth transaction. If it wasn't for her work I doubt we would have been able to purchase the condo. She deserves more than a bottle of champagne.

Dottie has tremendous knowledge of the Bonita Bay development, especially the high-rise condos, having in a previous life, been the building manager of one.
