Tade and her team were wonderful to work with. I felt that of all the prior RE agent experiences with other firms, her services were well above and beyond what others have done. She leaves no stone unturned. Her solution is not to lean on the first option of lowering asking price. She knew how to market and what to do and shift the strategy based on the metrics of the responses. She also provided reports and showed how the market was doing overall which was never provided by others. Her team is also very professional and organized. I highly recommend Tade as she holds a high bar above any other agents and is a great advisor who I trust implicitly.

Joseph is a very thorough and responsible individual. From the very beginning he had our best interests in mind. After finding a nice condo he continued to help us secure it and even represented us at the closing. Matt Byrne was excellent! His attention to detail was instrumental and insured all aspects of the buyers offer and the sales contract were accurate. Matt’s local knowledge of the Ave Maria area and services expedited the closing process with the HOA application, home inspection and handy man services. He was very pleasant throughout the entire process and was always available to answer our questions. I highly recommend Matt Byrne.
