We couldn't have been any happier with Michelle Abner. She was always upbeat and positive in our search for property in the Fort Myers area in a crazy real estate market. I can't say enough about how wonderful it was to work with Michelle Abner - she made our buying experience as easy and pleasant as possible. Michelle was referred to us, and from the moment we made contact, she was there for us. We have never purchased a property sight-unseen before, and Michelle seemed to readily sense what we were looking for in a property, was always available and if busy, returned our calls or texts promptly. She was insightful, totally committed to finding us the "right" property, and put her heart and soul into the whole process. At times I wondered how she was able to keep up, knowing that she had several other clients who were contacting her like we were. Guy Brooks is very knowledgeable, professional, honest and helpful. He is easy to work with, as it is a collaborative process. He makes his clients comfortable. He is attentive to his clients. It is easy to communicate with him and he listens and remembers. He answers calls and emails promptly as well as goes “the extra mile” so to speak to support his clients.
