Mary Jo is an excellent realtor and a wonderful person. I am in Germany due to the lockdown and are not allowed to go Florida to sell our condo. Mary Jo made this difficult process possible. She found an excellent lawyer, a company which takes care of Firpta, she helped me with the relocation company, the outstanding permits. She was available at any moment. Always polite and graceful. Alysia is an outstanding professional who has become a confidant, counselor, and friend. She cares about us and worked hard to understand our needs and wants during our extended new home search. Deb Austin was exceptional. She was always punctual, prepared and very knowledgeable. She stayed out front on paperwork and due dates, and had great contacts for staging the home and handyman services. I would definitely recommend Deb to home sellers or buyers.

I couldn’t have asked for a more supportive realtor than Mary Beth proved to be. She was on top of every detail. She laid out possible responses on my part for issues that came up but always insisted that I make the decision without any influence from her. I so appreciated her calm and cool manner and soft voice in every situation; it went a long way to reducing the stress that comes along with buying a new home.
