Kevin is popular in Six Lakes! His signs are often posted, so naturally, I chose a busy agent with a great reputation. Kevin worked with me through what I thought was going to be an easy sale. It was everything but easy! However, Kevin held calm and assured me everything was going to be okay, and it was. He has such a warm heart and is so easy to talk to. Everything an agent should be!!

The best experience you can have with a realtor. Mary Jo is always kind, very competent and goes out of her way to help. She is also a very good negotiator and obtained a far higher price than I expected. My sale was extremely complicated because I am in Germany and cannot come to the USA due to the travel stop. Mary Jo took care of everything. She put me into contact with the perfect law firm, she obtained outstanding permits, helped with moving coordination. We were so lucky to have her. We cannot thank her enough. Everything went smoothly thanks to Mary Jo.

To whom it may concern, Jenifer Warkel is an asset to your company. She tirelessly helped us go through several properties. As well as lots to build on.
