Lois and Kurt Kluberdanz were extremely professional and well prepared for our showings. After the first lot we decided to make an offer on went into pending the morning of our decision Lois suggested a meeting with Mr. McGarvey, the builder of several homes in Quail West. We would have never known about this particular home under construction at the time. We were very impressed with the reputation of the McGarvey team and the quality of the homes that they build. Lois and Kurt as well as the entire McGarvey team have gone above and beyond to accommodate our requests and answer all questions in a desire to provide the best homebuilding and buying experience we could have hoped for. This was not our first build, but was by far the best experience. We would highly recommend Lois and Kurt to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home in the Naples and surrounding areas. Thank you! We met Kevin Montore at a home showing in Six Lakes almost a year ago. He was very knowledgeable about the community, had a good sense of humor and was transparent. We weren’t interested in that particular home but both my wife and I left that showing and said to each other “when we list our home in Cape Coral he is going to be our realtor”. Kevin worked with us for quite awhile and we finally purchased a home in Six Lakes Country Club and closed on it December 15th, 2021. We are listing our current home in Cape Coral with Kevin and it will go on the market January 7th. We have recommended Kevin to several of our friends. We have found our real estate professional. His name is Kevin Montore.

Evi/"ivis" she was amazing to work with took her time with us. Everything was great. She showed us hot spots in the neighborhood for food and fun. Everything went smooth she was a pleasure to work with and would highly recommend her and Roxanne. If we ever purchase again in florida they will get the call.
