We found the house on Zillow and reached out to the listing agent of the property. Scott Needles was very professional and did a great job negotiating and accommodating any requests we had. Purchasing a home from out of state can be a challenge, but Scott went out of his way to make it as seamless as possible. I would highly recommend!

David took us from viewing to completion in one month, at just over the asking price. This was particularly good as I was back in UK for this period so had to keep in touch by phone and email. Speedy, decisive, competent and totally trustworthy. Strongly recommended.
