Barbara Sullivan is an excellent real estate agent. She knows the SWFL market. She treats the selling of her listings very seriously. Since our home was listed over $1M, she used all avenues to publicize the house. She did not just rely on the MLS. She is a good negotiator. She is responsive and communicates often. She kept us informed and provided feedback after each showing.

because I was not purchasing for cash, Jill needed to become inventive on how to get my offers in and accepted before the cash buyers... Jill met 100% my requirements for my new home!!! I did not have to settle with anything.

I have know Lisa for many years but have not had an opportunity to use her professionally since I have always purchased homes under construction. This is the first time I have purchased an existing house. I saw this home and fell in love with it. Lisa presented the deal I asked her to present and walked me CALMLY through the whole process. I am sure there were many times she wanted to strangle me, but didn’t. I found her to be very knowledgeable about the market and process and was quick to get me answers when I needed them.
