Jolene was fantastic, she had to pass the torch to Augustina when she required scheduled medical treatment, but remained as forceful backup to Augustina during her recovery. Great one two punch combo are these gals! They were great to work with & helped us secure our home on time.

My wife Kathryn and I are filling out this Survey together, so you do not need to request a separate survey from Kathryn. At any rate, may I say, JOE IS THE BEST!!!!!! We think the world of Joe Rivera. He has become a friend, along with Ruby and Chewy. Joe is devoted to his family and his extremely committed to his craft, so we feel John R Wood has got to be "to go to" realty company. We started with Joe a couple years ago with a separate transaction that, due to a personal family tragedy, we have to back out of. Joe was in our corner every step of the way, because he understood the value of family. If it wasn't for Joe's efforts we would have been devastated and ruined. So, when it came time to list our home again, the first call we made was to Joe. Not even one second of hesitation on our part to contact Joe and John R Wood. Because we are also friends, Joe knows our family history and knew exactly what to do to bring the process to a successful conclusion. Except for our private nature we would certainly do a video testimonial. We were fortunate that Joe also represented the buyers of our home, because it was important to us that they knew we were decent folks. We normally wouldn't be comfortable with a realtor who represents both parties, but Joe is our guy, so full speed ahead. It was Joe's quality, unsurpassed video presentation that sold our home. The sales agent is the first contact you have when it comes to purchasing a home and practically anything else you may be considering in purchasing. If you do not get good vibes or trust from the sales agent it will give you an ideal what the rest of the organization is all about. Our sales agent Mindy Young was our first contact and it was refreshing to have an experience agent to help us decide on purchasing our home without any pressure. She help us through the paper work to get a mortgage and directed us to who we should contact for inspections, insurance and the best part she was always available for questions. Mindy Young is a First Class Lady that stays focus on here job and her customers which gives you an indication John R Woods Property is the same.
