My husband Ron and I were referred to Mimy Von Schreiner by our Real Estate agent in Denver. Best referral ever! Mimy and her husband John, listened carefully to the long list of “must haves” and over time, found the home for us before it was listed on the MLS! I was so impressed that we just stopped in the Office at Ave Maria just to check what was available. Amy took the time to ask us questions and even made a couple of phone calls to see if properties were available to look at. Amy when on her inhouse properties with John R Wood and the unit we eventually ended up buying and close on showed up. Amy's wanting to help attitude distingushed her from Realtors in the past. She took us to the unit and an hour later we were signing a contract. She followed the purchase all the way thru closing, her helpful attitude made the transaction move forward smoothly. She has been a great help after the closing. If we ever sell I would search her out. I would not have a problem referring a client to her. Too bad we did not meet Amy Romero sooner. (She also attended the closing)

Marc was great from the very start. He tirelessly took us through multiple properties, researched the neighborhood HOA's for limitations on AirBNB and VRBO policies. He suggested Hamilton Place, but we had previously not considered a new build. Due to demand in the market, cash only offers were becoming the standard. In the end we went with the new build as it met our needs the best, location was perfect, and Marc knew it was the right place before we did. He has been there for us along every step in the process across nearly 10 months between beginning and end. I feel that not only did Marc do a great job, but we also made a great friend.
