Kevin is an exceptional realtor! We purchased a manufactured home through Kevin and the transaction was very professional. We were downsizing and did not know much about manufactured housing. We had been exploring the manufactured housing life style for about a year before we met Kevin. I would say Kevin is an expert regarding all aspects of manufactured housing. We sat down with him and discussed what went wanted in a home and community. He provided us with a valuable education on what to look for and helped us feel comfortable that a manufactured home would meet our needs. After we finalized the purchase of the manufactured home, we listed our home in Cape Coral with him. It became obvious that he also is excellent in general real estate. We had several meetings with Kevin to discuss comps and pricing as well as strategies on marketing the home. I am happy to say our home in Cape Coral sold quickly and for the full price in cash.
