Working with Lois and her team gave me the comfort of knowing that all would be well. They were very thorough and emotionally supportive my part in all of this was quite effortless. They presented the pending sale to the tenant and assured her that her world would not be disrupted.

I could not he happier with the whole selling and closing experience! Scott Allen was truly a gentleman as well as a trusted negotiator! He was able to help calm my nerves throughout the whole process and really enabled a very difficult time to be almost pain free! I would highly recommend Scott to anyone looking to either buy or sell in southwest Florida!

Michelle Abner was a fantastic agent for the sale of our home. She helped us accurately price the house, actively promoted it and, went above and beyond our expectations in staging the house and providing advice throughout the whole process. Her team at John R. Wood Properties was great and made sure everything went smoothly.
