David Tate is excellent and quickly identified what my interests were so neither of us were wasting our time. He is very knowledgeable on the different neighborhoods. I didn't know some of those areas existed. He would answer my questions before I asked them! Cannot recommend him highly enough!

Selling our condo in Palmira was not an easy decision. When the real estate market started to explode, we started to think about our timing to sell. One concern that we had was the comps for the last condo that sold in our community did not match up with what was going on in the communities around us. We worked with Jim Carzo on several other real estate transactions so we talked with Jim Carzo about our desire to sell. He told us that the comps were not the right barometer because, with the lack of inventory, nothing had sold for over a year. Instead, he went to work to identify the square footage pricing for the condos that recently sold in the surrounding communities and the right price for our market – we decided to sell! Not only did Jim's pricing align with the other communities but with his astute marketing, he created a bidding war. Our condo sold for WAY above asking. Jim is a dedicated real estate professional. He always focuses on the best interest of his clients and is always available. We have recommended Jim to our family members and they too have been very happy with his service. We hope to work with Jim again in the future.
