Then, as regional market economics shifted radically, she was able to intuitively offer alternatives that matched both our tastes and our resources, effectively redirecting us by redefining a few key parameters. The agent Michelle Abner was fantastic! Very professional and easy to work with. Great communication and follow through! Laura knows my neighborhood and helped me prepare, photograph, list and sell my condo within a week at a great price. She backed up her initial offering with appropriate comps, helped negotiate a good contract and helped clear through to closing. She did this not for just one condo, but two!
