Laura Zutter performed above and beyond my expectations. She arranged for the listing, photos, viewings and sale of my condo within a week of my decision to sell it. I chose Laura based on her successful sale of a friend's condo and her service and results continued to be exceptional. She is ethical, detail-oriented, producing excellent results even before the first open house could be held. Her advice on pricing and negotiations were on point and she went the extra mile, cooperating with the buyer's agent to complete the sale to everyone's satisfaction. I would highly recommend her to anyone interested in buying or selling a home!

Beth Sweet is a wonderful agent! She helped me purchase my home and is the reason I worked with your firm to sell it. She is thoughtful, knowledgeable and uses her expertise to make sure she gets the very best for all of her clients. She knows the market and the community so well and makes sure her clients have all the information they need to make the best choices. I am so happy to have worked with her!

We have worked with Beth before. She is very knowledgeable and professional. She quickly answered any questions, responded immediately to any texts we sent her and followed through with us all the way up until we received our funds late the day of closing. We could not have asked for a better person to handle this transaction. She is definitely a credit to your company. If we ever choose to buy another place in Pine Island, we will definitely use Beth. Sincerely, Donna Van Horn

I started to look at property in August of 2021 throughout the state of Florida. Nothing compared to Naples and the Vineyards. This year we began the search to find a home and gave our agents the task of finding us the right home in our price range and in the Vineyards in 45 days. It took them less then 30 days to find me my dream home. Roc and John Felder were always there for me and still are. Great company and agents. Rhett Squires
