Patrick was very familiar with not only the area but also the condo building. He has a lot of recent experience selling units in and around the Park Shore area. It was priced right and moved quickly and we got it sold before the summer slowdown and subsequent hurricane season. He referred us to a full service legal firm who was able to do the paper work, and also to charities who we donated furniture and items too. Very responsive and communicative. He was a "one stop shop" which made the experience easy.

Susan Wall was a terrific realtor for me. She was very knowledgeable about the properties as well as the rules governing the transactions. She was attentive and helpful without being overbearing.
